Where it began
The idea began with Torrence Lamb, but the responsibility belongs to Robert Lamb. When Robert was asked what he saw for his future and what he felt called to do, he described a program that would recognize people, support businesses, and help communities see the value that already exists around them.
The economy is not just money. It is a network of human relationships.
Why it matters now
Robert’s List exists because the economy feels uncertain — and too much of that uncertainty comes from forgetting what the economy really is. It is not just the stock market or GDP. Behind every service, product, and storefront is a person trying to create something meaningful. Robert’s List is an attempt to make those relationships visible again.
The value chain
Story creates meaning. Values create alignment. Alignment creates trust. Trust creates discovery. Discovery creates support. Support creates growth.
